I offer you over 25 years experience as an allied health professional. In addition to being a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I also have a degree in naturopathy, and am a licensed massage therapist. The connection between body, mind and Soul is essential to the way I approach my work. I enjoy being an integral part of my client's team of health care professionals, the offerings at Seattle Well-Being blending well with the work of medical doctors, mental health counsellors and more.

My approach to wellbeing is all about supporting you to bring healing into your everyday life. I am committed to being in service for the purpose of developing evolutionary relationships with each other that make true expression and ongoing personal development possible. Thus, working with my clients is this: the simplicity of coming together to connect more deeply with the beauty, power and grace that dwells within us all, and to renounce and discard all that is not that. This is how we heal.

My work deepened after my teenage son passed away suddenly in 2019, and less than a year later my dad also passed on. This lived experience has led to me now supporting others who are moving through grief and loss to discover the ongoing, present relationship on offer, and thus reconnect to lightness and joy.

I have also had the honor of working with 100s of women trying to conceive, during their pregnancies and post-natally - and thus have a deep appreciation of the full life cycle from birth to death and everything in between.

I am a singer-songwriter, thus naturally integrating music, creative expression and vibrational awareness into the work I offer.
