Please join us as we shine the light on the topic of death, grief and loss. This presentation arises out of my experiences and revelations since my teenage son passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in 2019. And yet we don’t have to experience the death of a child to know that grief and loss of all kinds can become a prison we are caught in. You will be supported by myself and co-host, Rebecca Asquith, as we get up close and personal with the consciousnesses we become ensnared in. Coming together to develop a deeper awareness of the limiting stories we cling to and narrow ways in which we understand and relate to loss of all kinds - and the resultant contraction and heaviness that we then hold in our bodies - actually hands us the keys to free ourselves. We may then open the gates to the expansiveness and fresh joy of the ongoing, formless relationships ever on offer.
